Ariel Gonzalez and Allie Geddes began practicing acro together in 2016 and began teaching in 2017. Both instructors received their yoga teaching certification through Evolve yoga in Sioux City, IA.
Ariel fell in love with the practice of yoga after her first time in a studio. Being a gymnast for quite some time, her body felt at home while mindfully moving and breathing. The insight and awareness the practice provoked, inspired and enlivened Ariel to follow the yogic path. Shortly after her start in 2014, she discovered AcroYoga. Connecting and creating movement with another human kept her coming back for more. Ariel loves guiding both yoga and AcroYoga and helping others to bring the divinity that lies within, into their own unique form of movement arts.
Allie, beyond teaching both yoga and AcroYoga enjoys many forms of movement including hooping, dancing, being upside down, and many more. She found AcroYoga just a few years ago and has since explored the practice through workshops and by simply playing around. Allie fell in love with the creative and rewarding elements of unlocking new skills and abilities with another person, and wishes to help her students find these things in their own practice.
